ABB has been acquired by Italian company FIMER in March 2020. FIMER was founded in 1942 and started working in inverter technology in 1983. FIMER is honouring all existing ABB inverter warranties. FIMER offers a 10-year full replacement warranty on new single phase string inverters. FIMER three-phase string inverters come with a standard 5-year full replacement warranty, that can be extended to 10-year at an extra cost.
